Hummus + sweet potato + Tomato salad
Hummus – 3 garlic cloves, 1⁄4cup yogurt 1tablespoon lemon juice 1teaspoon olive oil 1⁄4teaspoon salt and pepper to taste 1 can chickpeas, – Mix mash everything together. Season with herbs.
Sweet Potato – medium size – wash well – cook on high in Microwave for 5 minutes.
Chopped tomatoes as salad.
