Bombay Halwa – A Nutty Treat for Sweet Lovers
Syrup – 2 Cups Sugar – 2 Cups Water – 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice – 1 tsp. Cardamon Powder – Boil – till sugar melts – Turn off Stove
Mix – 1 Cup Corn Flour – 2 Cups Water – Pinch Food Color – Stir till No lumps – Combine with above
Cook – Stir continuously – Boil till Thickened – Lump Free – Mix 1/2 cup Ghee – Keep stirring till Transparent Thick Paste – Mix in Handful chopped Nuts
Halwa – Transfer To Greased Tray – Cool +/- 2 hrs – Cut in Triangles and Serve .
