Base Crust – Digestive biscuits –  Caster Sugar –  Melted Butter

Cheesecake Layer – Cream Cheese –  Sugar –  Eggs – Vanilla Extract – Fresh Cream  – Lemon Zest  and Juice

Raspberry Sauce – Fresh Raspberries  – Sugar  – Water – Vanilla Extract

Sriracha Chicken Wings – Dijonnaise Dip

 

Toss –  4 pounds chicken wings, split at the joints – 2 tsp. salt – few grinds black pepper

Preheat Oven – 200 Deg C – Spread wings – Bake – +/- 1 hour – Till Done

Melt – 2 Stick of  butter – Mix – 3/4 Sriracha(chilli Sauce). Toss the Baked Wings.

Mix –  ½ cup mayonnaise – 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard – Zest and juice of one large lemon – ½ grated garlic clove – ½ tsp. kosher salt – Lemon Dijonnaise Dip

Serve Delicious Sriracha Buffalo Chicken Wings With Lemon Dijonnaise Dip
