Nadan Pork Ularthiyathu -Kerala Style Pork with Coconut Recipe
Spices: –1 Tsp. Chilli powder – 1 Tbsp. – Coriander powder – 2 Tsp-Turmeric powder – 1 Tsp- Pepper powder – 1 Tsp- Garam masala – 1 Tsp- Fennel powder
Chop – 3 Onions – 3 Green chilly – 3 Tomato
Saute – Heat 2 tbsp. coconut oil in a pan – Add handful curry leaves, -1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste – Add Onion – Green Chilli – +/- 1 Tsp. Salt to taste – Fry till translucent – Add Spices – Stir – 1 mnt – Chopped Tomato – Stir 1 mnt.
Cook – Add 1 kg. Pork – Bite size pcs. to above – Stir fry 2-3 mnts – Add 1/2 cup water – cook on low Flame or Pressure cook till done
Garnish – 1 cup Sliced Coconut – Bring to Boil. Cook to reduce sauce to desired consistancy.
Serve Delicious Curry with Rice or Chapati
Note – Use Beef instead of Pork. Adjust Spices and Salt to Taste. Use Apple cider Vinegar instead of Tomato.
