Marinate – 3 lbs of Beef Chunk -1 tsp. Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp. Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp. Sugar – 1 tsp. Salt – 3 tbsp of vinegar – Overnight
Saute – 1 Chopped onion, 4 Cloves garlic – 1 Inch pc ginger- 1 green chilli – Till soft and fragrant.
Add – Marinated Beef – Cook Both Sides – Add 1/2 cup of water halfway through and keep cooking – Till done. +/- 1 1/2 hrs
Slice and Serve.

Sounds and looks delicious only beef here is old milker to old to be profit killed boiled that is what Latvians call beef. Have not had real good beef since I left England to build a house and gardens here.
