Warm Apple Cider Donuts
Mix – 1/4 cup apple cider -2 tbsp butter – 1 cup sugar – 1 egg – 2 cups AP flour- 1 tsp baking powder – 1/2 tsp baking soda – 1/2 tsp cinnamon – 1/4 cup milk – 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Roll – 1/2″ thick – refrigerate for 15-20 mnts. – Punch out donuts 2-3 inches wide.
Deep Fry – Hot Oil 60-90 seconds each side – Sprinkle cinnamon sugar while still warm.

Parsley Chutney Rava Dosa
Mix – 1/2 Cup Rice Powder – 1/2 Cup Semolina – 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour- 1 chopped Onion – 1/2 tsp Salt – +/-2 cups water – Rest 30 mnts
Soak – Marble Size Tamrind – 1/2 Cup Hot water- 10 mnts – Extract Tamarind Juice
Grind – 1/2 Cup Each – Peanuts – Parsley – Grated Coconut – 1/2 Small Onion – 1/2 tsp. each – Chilli Powder – Ginger Powder – Tamarind Juice – Chutney
Heat – Grease Pan – Spread Batter – Drizzle Oil – Flip to cook both Sides – Low Flame. – Dosa Ready.
Serve Hot Dosas with Chutney and Sambar for Breakfast or Lunch.
Note : Adjust Salt to taste. Use Dried Parsley or Coconut if preferred.
