I have always loved and grown roses .This looks like Ophelia? The rough thorn make stem.The tough green leaves but that ladylike silk blossom with the scent of warm charm and memory of nights of clean satin and love fill me each time I witness blooms in my gardens. The soft summer breeze and the hot dry day help fill my mind with dreams of yesterday as her ghost passes by and smiles unto my eyes. a whisper do I hear ,or is but the wind in the iris beds.
