Childhood for me was simply perfect.

When I recall all the  countless memories, all I can think of is laughter, joy and only happiness.

The age of about 1-7 had so immensly special moments, that whenever I think of them, I just want to go back. 

I never had to worry about anything, all I had to do was scream and I got what I wanted!

I never really had any responsibilities, except for sleeping, eating, laughing and playing, and then repeating that…

I was always around my friends and didn’t really have to worry about losing them… everything was easy.

As I am growing older from child to a teenager, there are obvious changes. Lots of responsibilities, listening to people responsibly, bearing with inherently unbearable situations just to be polite. Eggless Blueberry Cake

Recipe for Eggless  Blueberry Rava Sooji  or Semolina Cake - Light Fluffy and Tasty -Quick and  easy to make.

Combine – 1/2 Cup Yoghurt –  1/2  Cup Warm Milk – 1/2 Cup Melted Butter (Ghee) – Few Drops  – Vanilla Essence – 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

Mix – 1 Cup fine semolina – 1/2 Cup Dried Grated Coconut – 1 tsp. Baking Soda to Above

Garnish – 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries  – Stir Gently – Pour in Lined Baking Dish

Bake – Preheated oven 180°C – About 25 – 30 mnts

Enjoy Delicious Easy Eggless Blueberry Cake Light Fluffy and Tasty

Note Use Fruit of Choice.   Add  more or less milk depending on Juiciness of Fruit.

The story of Dr. Pradyumna Kumar Mahanandia inspires us to believe that no matter how much trouble we face at last love makes everything possible.

Born in 1949 into a poor weaver family of Odisha, Dhenkanal who were considered untouchables, Mahanandia was a gifted artist. In 1971, he joined College of Art in New Delhi and gained popularity for making portraits.

In 1975, 19-year-old Charlotte Von Sledvin, a student in London heard about him and came down all the way to India to get her portrait made by him. Love had to bloom when Mahananda was touched by Charlotte’s beauty and Charlotte’s heart was won by his simplicity.
