Seaweed Soup with Mussels

Seaweed Mussels Soup

Soak  – 2 Dried Kombu Seaweed – 15 mnts – Chop bitesize pcs.

Boil – 6 cups Water –  Seaweed –  1 cup Frozen Mussel Meat – 2 tsp Fish Sauce – 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil – 1 tsp. Chilli Powder – Boil – 3-4 mnts 

Cook – Add 100 g Noodle to above – Boil 2 mnts

Garnish  – Add – Chopped Green Onions to above – Done

Enjoy Delicious Soup for a quick Lunch.

Note – Use herbs instead of Onions.   Use Seaweed of Choice.

  4. Fish or meat? –  Grew up eating  Fish Everyday.  Love it!!
  5. What do you do when you spend time alone? – Read. Blog. Internet. TV. 
  6. What is your favorite color? –  All Shades of Pink.
  7. Are you a morning person or night person? An Early Bird
  8. Where is the last place you took a trip? – To India in October.  I love India.
  9. Which do you mostly use for a blog, mobile, tablet or PC? – My PC which is getting old and slow. But the Screen is big and Beautiful.
