Looking for Positivity in ourselves and sharing Positivity with others is the key to Happiness. Choose Positivity.
Slice – 1/2 Cucumber – 1/2 Onion – Semi Circle – Sliced Veg
Chrush – 1/2 cup roasted Peanuts – Chrushed Nuts
Filling – Mix all the above
Dressing – Lemon Juice – Salt
Roll – Spread filling on Chapatti – Roll – Done
Note: Use Durum Bread or Pita Bread instead of Chapatti. Use Vinegar instead of Lemon. Celery instead of Cucumber
Enjoy Crunchy delicious healthy lunch time snack with pickles or Sauce or just Plain. Quick and Easy.
When Sarah was studying in UK I created a list of Easy Veg lunch recipes for her. This recipe comes from that secret list.
Soak – 1 cup Mung Bean (green Bean) in Water – 24 hrs – Drain – cover – leave in warm place – 2-3 days – Check and wash beans every day. Sprouted.
Chop – 1 appple – 1/2 cucumber – 6 cherry tomato – 1/2 onion
Grate – 2 carrots
Dressing – Juice 2-3 lemon – Salt to taste – 1 tbsp. Honey
Salad – Mix sprouts – chopped and grated items – dressing – Garnish with Coriander.
Delicious Fresh Sprout Salad. Mmmm….. so crunchy, sour, bitter -sweet salty Salad.

Note : Replace apple with grapes. Grated Carrot with Coconut.
