Velvety Pancake – Banana Oatmeal Pancake

Grind  – 1 1/2 cups oatmeal  –  Powder

Blend – 2  ripe bananas +/- 1 cup Milk  – 1 egg  – Oatmeal powder  – Smooth  Pouring consistancy.

Mix – Blended  dough  – 2 tsp baking powder – 1 tbsp. Honey – Pinch  – Cinnamon – Salt

Heat – Pan – Pour  +/- 2 ladle Batter per Pancake – Spread  – Drizzle Coconut Oil – 2 mnts –  Turn – 1 mnt – Done

Enjoy  Velvety Sugar Free Pancake !! With Chocolate or Fruits or Just Plain!!

Note – Substitute Almond Milk  instead of Regular Milk.  Add dry fruits in the Batter for richer taste.
