Chicken Mince Skewers

Recipe of Chicken Skewers

Combine  – 500g Chicken Mince – 1/4 Cup Coriander leaves – 3-4 Garlic Chives or Spring Onions – 1 tsp Ginger paste – Salt – Pepper to Taste – 1 tsp Chilly Sauce

Skewers – Damp hands – Shape  mixture – long sausage shapes-  Thread onto skewers.

Grill – Skewers for 5 minutes  – each side – until chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Or in AirFryer +/- 10 Mnts

Serve – With Chilli Sauce and Salad of Choice.

Recipe for chicken mince skewers a perfect Starter  to Serve with a simple salad or some green vegetables.

Chapati Aloo - Indian Flat Bread with Potato Recipe

Dhaba Dal - Green Lentil Curry RecipeSoak – Cook  – Green gram 1 cup –  5 cups water – soaked over night – cook till soft

Chop –  2 Medium Onions – 5 Garlic cloves  – 1 inch pc Ginger – Few Curry leaves  – 2 tomatoes

Spices – 1 tsp. chilli Powder 1/4 tsp. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp. Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp. Coriander Powder -1/2 tsp. Garam Masala – 1 tsp.  – 1 tsp. Salt – –  pinch Asafoetida powder

Heat – Pan – 2 tbsp. Ghee – Onion Ginger Garlic – till golden – Add spices – Stir +/- 1 mnt – Tomatoes  -2 mnts
Combine – Add cooked lentil to above –  More water if required – Bring to Boil

Garnish – Coriander leaves –  Twist of Lemon

Serve Delicious Dhaba Dal Hot with Rice or  Naan.

Note – Use Lentil of Choice – Adjust Salt and spices to Taste

Air Fried Asian Chicken Wings

Air Fryer Asian Chicken Wings in a delicious homemade Asian sauce with toasted sesame seeds for More Flavour.  A Delicious recipe Via –  In Dianes Kitchen.

  1.  Over medium heat combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and onions. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute.
  2. Cook chicken wings in air fryer at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
  3. Remove Wings from air fryer and place  in a large pan.
  4. Pour the sauce on top of the wings  Mix till well coated.
  5. Place  wings back in air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve Garnished with sesame seeds

Stir Fry Glass Noodles with Shredded Cabbage

Recipe for Stir Fry Noodles with Shredded Cabbage . Quick and easy and delicious.

Glass Noodles with Shredded Cabbage Mince Meat RecipeChop – One Onion – Small Peices.

Shred – Half Small Cabbage – Remove Hard Core – Shred to peices.

Boil – Water – 250 g Glass Noodles – Bring to Boil – Turn off Stove – Drain

Fry –  Chopped Onion – Till Translucent – 250g  Mince Meat  – +/- 5 mnts till cooked

Saute – Add Cabbage to Above – Saute – +/-4 mnts – Noodles in Saute – Stir Well

Flavour – 1 -2 tbsp. Soya Sauce  – tbsp. Spicy Chilly Sauce – Combine with Saute – Stir well  – Done

Delicious Cabbage Noodles  ready to eat.  Yummy!! 

Note – I used Mung Bean Noodles. Use potato glass noodles or Rice Cellophane noodles.  Use spring Onions instead of regular.    Use Bacon instead of Mince meat or Both.

Fish in Mustard Sauce

Fish in Mustard Sauce Shorshe Illish 2

Marinate –  Fish –  Bite Size Pcs – 1/2 Kg – 1/2 tsp.  Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp. Salt  – 10 mnts

Chop – 1 Onion  – Slit – 3 Green Chillies

Saute – 1 tbsp. Oil –  Chopped items – 1 mnt –  – 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard Paste – 1 tbsp. Tomato Paste – mix well – 1 cup Water – bring to Boil

Add  – Fish – Cook +/- 10 mnts till done. – Garnish Handful Coriander Leaves – Done

Serve with Steamed Rice.

Note : Adjust Salt and spices to taste.

Recipe for Fish inspired by Indian Bengali cuisine Shorshe Illish.

A Simple and easy version of  Traditional Bengali dish made with Sliced  Fish  slowly simmered in a thick broth of ground mustard seeds and green chili peppers and nigella Seeds  in mustard oil.

Recipe for South Indian Kerala style Beef Cutlets A Crunchy Snack with SaladMicrowave – 3-4  medium Potatoes – +/- 8 mnts. – Till Soft – Peel and Mash Roughly

Chop – 1 big Onion – 1″ pc Ginger – 2 Green Chilli – 3 cloves Garlic – handful Curry Leaves – Small Pcs.

Spices –  1 tsp. Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp Pepper – 1/2 tsp Turmeric –  Powders Mixed

Cook – 1/2 Kg. Ground Beef – 1/4  cup Water – 1 tsp. Salt – Spices – Stir well – cook till Dry.

Add –  Chopped items – 1tsp. Oil (optional) –  Stir fry  – Low Flame – 5 mnts – Cool – Add Mashed Potatoes – Mix – Form Tight Balls – Even size – in Desired shape.

Fry –  Beat 1 Egg – Dip Cutlets – Roll in Bread Crumbs – Deep Fry both sides in Hot Oil.

Serve Delicious Beef Cutlets Hot with Tomato Sauce and Salad.
