Combine – 500g Chicken Mince – 1/4 Cup Coriander leaves – 3-4 Garlic Chives or Spring Onions – 1 tsp Ginger paste – Salt – Pepper to Taste – 1 tsp Chilly Sauce
Skewers – Damp hands – Shape mixture – long sausage shapes- Thread onto skewers.
Grill – Skewers for 5 minutes – each side – until chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Or in AirFryer +/- 10 Mnts
Serve – With Chilli Sauce and Salad of Choice.

Air Fried Asian Chicken Wings
Air Fryer Asian Chicken Wings in a delicious homemade Asian sauce with toasted sesame seeds for More Flavour. A Delicious recipe Via – In Dianes Kitchen.
- Over medium heat combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and onions. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute.
- Cook chicken wings in air fryer at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Remove Wings from air fryer and place in a large pan.
- Pour the sauce on top of the wings Mix till well coated.
- Place wings back in air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Serve Garnished with sesame seeds

Sriracha Chicken Wings – Dijonnaise Dip
Toss – 4 pounds chicken wings, split at the joints – 2 tsp. salt – few grinds black pepper
Preheat Oven – 200 Deg C – Spread wings – Bake – +/- 1 hour – Till Done
Melt – 2 Stick of butter – Mix – 3/4 Sriracha(chilli Sauce). Toss the Baked Wings.
Mix – ½ cup mayonnaise – 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard – Zest and juice of one large lemon – ½ grated garlic clove – ½ tsp. kosher salt – Lemon Dijonnaise Dip

Pineapple Chicken — Finger licking Flavours
Marinate – 1 Kg Chicken – Juice 1 lemon – Salt – Pepper – 2 tbsp Oil – 1 hour – Grill till done.
Saute – 1 Onion – 1 tsp. each Minced Garlic and Ginger – 2 Bell Pepper – 3/4 cup chopped Pineapplle – in Oil
Sauce- Blend 1/4 cup Pineapple – 1/4 cup Orange juice – 1 tsp. each Salt – Sugar and Chilli flakes – 1 tbsp. Corn Starch add to Saute. Simmer 3-4 mnts.
Serve – Grilled Chicken with Sauce – Garnished with Coriander leaves.

Chicken Tikka Masala
Marinate – 2 tbsp. Yogurt – 1 tsp. Salt – 1 tsp. Garam Masala – 1 kg Boneless Chicken – Bite Size Pcs – 30 mnts. (or overnight in Fridge)
Chop – 4 medium Onions – Small pcs. Grate – 6 cloves Garlic – 2 Inch Pc. Ginger – 2 Bell Pepper bite size pcs
Spices – 1 tsp. Chilli Powder – 1 tsp. Cumin Powder – 1 tsp. Coriander Powder – 1 tsp. Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp. Salt – 1 tbsp. Dry Kasuri Methi leaves
Heat – Pan – 2 tbsp. Butter (ghee) – Saute Onion -Ginger -Garlic – Low Flame till brown – Bell Pepper saute -1-2 mnts – Add Spices – Stir – 30 Secs. – 1 Cup tomato Puree – Bring to Boil.
Cook – Add Chicken to above – Bring to Boil – Lid on – Cook on low flame +/- 25 mints. till done
Garnish – 1 tbsp. Full Cream – 1 tbsp. Crushed Cashew Nuts and a twist of Lemon Juice
Serve Delicious Chicken Tikka Masala with Rice or Naan.
Note – Grill Marinated Chicken and add to sauce if preferred. Or Cook Chicken in Oven with Sauce. Adjust salt and spices to taste.
