Preheat – Oven 165 Degree C
Boil – 2 cups Pineapple Juice – 2 Cups Sugar – 2 Cup raisins – 1tsp Salt- 1 tsp. Cinnamon – 1 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring – 2-3 mins – turn Off Stove
Mix – 4 tsp. Cocoa Powder – 4 Cups Flour – 150g Butter – 2 tsp. Baking Soda – 1 Cup Chopped mixed nuts – Stir in Boiled Mixture – Combine well.
Bake – Pour in well lined baking Pan – +/- 50 mins – Till done.
Cool before cutting.

Note – Use Mango Juice instead of Pineapple. Use mixed Candied fruits instead of raisins . Use Brown sugar instead of white.

Haha. I don’t even drink. But I had rum cake once that had so much rum in it, I got a dizzy spell, and that was at work at the time. (Merry Christmas and many blessings to you.)
