Chop – 1 Onion – 200g Kale – 300 g Tomatoes – 5 Cloves Garlic
Cook – 250 g Pasta – In Lots of water – Cook till Done – Drain
Heat – Skillet – 1 tbsp. Olive Oil – Saute Onions – Garlic – 1 tsp. Sweet Chilli Powder – Salt – Pepper to Taste.
Saute – In Above – 250g Ground Meat – 3-4 mnts – Kale – 2 mnts – Add Chopped Tomatoes – Simmer 6-8 mnts. – Sauce Ready.
Chips – Tear Cheese in Small Squares – Spread on Plate – Sprinkle Parsley Powder – Microwave 1 1/2 mnt. – Cool half mnt – Detach from Plate.
Serve – Spaghette with Tomato Kale Sauce – Garnished with Crispy Cheese Chips.
Note – Add Vegetables of Choice. Garnish with grated cheese if preferred.
